Refund policy
We want you to feel good about the website before it goes live. You review the draft, request changes, and approve the finished build.
Before you approve your site
If the draft and revisions still are not right for your business, email us before approving the website. We will work with you on the remaining changes or, if we cannot reach an approvable result, refund your first website-plan payment. Please include your account email and what is not working so we can review it promptly.
After you approve your site
Once you approve the completed build, website-plan payments are not refundable for a change of mind or unused time. We will address billing errors, a material failure to provide the agreed service, or any refund required by applicable law. Contact us so we can review the specific issue.
Canceling and domain charges
You can cancel future subscription renewals any time in your account. Monthly service remains active through the paid month; annual service is $948 paid upfront and remains active through the paid year. Canceling does not automatically refund an existing charge. Approved domain purchases and other third-party charges are separate from the website-plan payment and generally are not refundable once purchased.
